Bio

Amy Kate is a British Hair & Make Up Artist, currently established in New York.  Her interest for Make Up & Art started from a young age where she was obsessed with creating colors and mixing ingredients. From here the interest grew greater and greater, leading her to study Make Up Artistry at a U.K based University where she gained the highest qualification in Make Up; a BA Hons Media Make Up Degree. It was here that she trained in the fields of beauty & editorial, prosthetic & special effects, body painting & airbrushing, wig making & postiche and hair styling & barbering but went on to specialise in Editorial & Commercial work. 

With an eye for detail and an innate ability to enhance a person's features, Amy Kate has been an industry professional for over 5 years in London & New York, with clients including Glamour & Allure Magazine. Her passion to make her clients "the best versions of themselves" has allowed her to produce remarkable work across fashion editorials, commercials and weddings. 

Her Make Up Artistry skills are recognized  world wide which lead her to move to New York where she has since gained a considerable list of celebrity clients & continued to thrive in her expertise of Fashion, Beauty & Commercial work.
